- Implied consent: As an existing customer who gave us your number during a service call or quote (valid up to 2 years after your last transaction, per CASL).

When we collect your phone number online, the form clearly states:

“I consent to receive text messages from KALMI Electrician INC. about appointments, quotes, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.”

5. How we identify ourselves

Every text clearly shows our name KLAMI Electrician and includes a link or instructions to reach us. If the full details don’t fit in one message, we link directly to this policy.
